Hearthwise
A personal AI "operating system" for family life — it ingests email, documents, and files, uses AI to pull out deadlines, events, and tasks, and sorts everything into serious "Matters" and everyday "Life Items."
Overview
Running a household generates a firehose of information — school newsletters, appointment reminders, contractor estimates, medical paperwork. Hearthwise is the AI system I built to catch all of it and turn it into something you can actually act on.
The problem
The important stuff hides in the noise. A deadline buried in an email, a form due next week, a dispute that needs a paper trail — it’s easy to miss what matters when everything arrives in the same inbox.
What I built
- AI inbox triage — connects to Gmail, classifies each message, and extracts deadlines, events, and action items automatically.
- Two domains — serious Matters (legal, medical, disputes) get a timeline, evidence index, and exportable PDF packets; lighter Life Items (schedules, newsletters) stay quick and glanceable.
- Stays ahead of you — scheduled jobs send daily reminders, poll for new mail, and publish a calendar feed so nothing slips.
